Hunter Foods Limited FZCO is a subsidiary of the Hunter Foods Group Limited, a well established and successful company which made its foray into the Middle East in1986. With excellent infrastructure facilities, communication systems, comparatively low labour costs and other support services, placed strategically between the East and the West, Hunter Foods is committed to striving for higher standards. Our modern international plant is the first 100% foreign owned project in Dubai's Jebel Ali Free Zone.
Our brands enjoy an outstanding reputation for their premium quality and innovations constantly add to the extensive range. Having developed an enviable reputation of our quality, our products have found a ready market in countries like U.K., France, Canada, Australia, Singapore, New Zealand and all the Gulf countries clearly underscoring our superior quality and international standing.

Our production unit has an ultra modern in- house chemical and micro -biological laboratory to monitor quality and hygiene ensuring a consistent, top quality product.

Milestones in the company's history
November 2001 Achieved direct sales to Carrefour France; the only company in the Middle East that has been given the recognition for its premium quality.
March 2000 First to achieve SQF 2000 Certification in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
January 2000 Achieved HACCP Certification for snack foods; a first in the Middle East, Africa and European region.
March 1998 Started manufacturing and marketing of ready-to-use Hunter Chef Fried Onions in the Middle East.
March 1995 Started manufacturing of Freezo Freeze Drinks in the UAE.
March 1992 Started manufacturing and marketing of ready-to-eat Poppadums in canisters, first in the world.
March 1991 First to start manufacturing potato chips in canisters in the Middle East.
March 1986 Setup the first factory in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, to start production.

Environmental Commitment
At Hunter Foods, we have initiated a Green Movement for children. Environmental conservation is actively promoted with the support of the world wide Fund for nature, where we are registered as an Institutional Member.
Our 'ANIPALS' activities involve over 5000 children between the ages of 5 and 15, enrolled as friends of animals. These members make up a strong animal lovers brigade, sharing a common interest in wildlife and nature conservation.
